Bellingham is the last major city before the Washington coastline meets the Canadian border. It is about 90 miles north of Seattle, Washington, and 25 miles south of the Canadian border. It is recognized for its incredible natural beauty, small town friendliness, artistic opportunities, and the fact that it is home to Western Washington University. At the waterfront you can catch a train up or down the coast, jump on a cruise to Victoria, B.C. or even catch a ferry to Alaska.
