FISHING ON BAINBRIDGE ISLAND

Down the west side of the island, the harbors are calm and fishing boats troll the narrow channel. Whether it is salmon or steelhead fishing, crabbing, or fly fishing, Bainbridge Island is a favorite of sport fishermen.

Bainbridge Island is considered prime fly-fishing country. There are quite a few fishing advocates scattered around the woods and backwaters and they have started the Bainbridge Island Fly Fishers club.
